"No air con, made to wait at check-in, check-in was supposed to be at 15.00, left standing at reception while he went through the back office, then told the room was not ready, coat rack fell off the wall, which I repaired, the rooms could do with air conditioning rather than a tower fan, beds were not the best"
"The hotel is a converted manor house with a number of extensions including a spa building with rooms above. The executive rooms in spa building are modern but dated and look like any 3 star chain hotel. The food in the pub was good as was the breakfast. The staff were helful and it was convenient to have ev charging onsite."
"The Palace is in a great location , easy walking across the bridge to the Old Town and the Inverness Castle and Museum.
Staff are delightful and eager to please.
The breakfast is quite good."
"Location 10 minute drive to town. We were in Annex lower level with small private patio.
Breakfast was nice but service had slow start at 7:00.
No idea of rooms in main building."
"The hotel is very poor in appearance. It does not seem to be well maintained. The soft covered furniture coverings are faded. There was one hand towel and one bath towel in the bathroom. There was another hand towel and bath towel in a plastic bag in the closet. There were no wash cloths. The breakfast was mediocre with precooked scrambled and fried eggs and was not appetizing. When we checked in at 10:00 PM, another couple who travelled with us and also booked five months in advance were told...
"The pool is only open till 6 PM, and the town surrounding closes down around 5:30 PM. Nearby is fantastic for touring. We did the falconry and loved it."
"Totally impressed by the property and will absolutely tell everybody to stay here if they’re going to Inverness. We were so close to everything and wonderful food wonderful experiences. The room was wonderful. The building was great."
"Great location and a cute little town. Activity center is nice if you have kids. Gym was closed down. Rooms are a little old. Overall nice hotel for the budget."
"We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Seabank House Hotel. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful and can’t do enough for you to ensure that your stay with them is as good as it can be. Our room was very clean with comfortable beds and well appointed bathroom with excellent shower. Fantastic breakfast; good choice of everything you could want - and great poached eggs! 😊
Great location and just a really lovely place to stay. We will definitely return if visiting the area again."
"This was my first trip to Scotland, and my first trip overseas. This property was perfect for this solo traveler, and to be honest I really could have been happy just staying at the house the entire time. Each morning and night I ate there was a culinary dream, and my room was filled with ambiance, as I awoke each day to a view of the lovely Beauly Firth. The staff were friendly and helpful without being overbearing. The property was gorgeous, and I enjoyed magical walks through the trees...
