"We stayed in the suite with the City View. It was beautiful. The views were amazing the room was perfect I have absolutely no complaints. Staff were very friendly and I especially loved how close it was to the train station and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. We would definitely stay here again. Don't listen to the people who gave one star I read a bunch of those and was discouraged when we got to the property I realized they were just a bunch of complaining Karen's....

Front desk staff were a little short with requests!
However I would stay here again as the location is perfect!"

"This hotel was fantastic. Our room was clean, well stocked with water. The full breakfast was a perfect way to begin our day. Everything was delicious. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. They helped us out with information about getting around Rome and some bookings. They also booked our transportation back to the airport."

Beautiful very large room with a large newly renovated ensuite with double shower and double sink vanity. Upmarket room.
Our bags were taken and collected from our room back to the main hotel entrance and a luxury car ordered to take us to the port.
We...
