"The hotel is at one of the main entrances to the historic Centro and there are restaurants , retail stores within minutes. Our bed was firm and new, the shower was excellent with a rain shower head plus hand-held. Breakfast buffet was excellent with literally dozens of delicious options. Front desk was helpful and enthusiastic. Highly recommended."

"The hotel is located very near the autostrade and outside the walled city. Access is easy and direct. Staff were multi lingual and friendly. English was not a problem. Parking is free. "This is a lovely hotel in the centre of Lucca, 10 minutes from the station, although a little climb to get through the city walls.
The continental breakfast was welcome, although a little strange that you had to approach the staff for a coffee or hot water rather than the other way round."
