"Amazing hotel! The staff was friendly, the lobby, room, and lounges were beautiful and clean. The room was amazing, including the bathroom. The views and location were incredible as well. Everything was conveniently located extremely close to the hotel. Oviedo turned out to be my favorite city I visited on my trip, and that was very surprising to me, and much of that was thanks to this hotel. I would love to come back to Oviedo and would 100% stay here again when I do!"
"Great Well Run Hotel, Clean, Nice Room, Plenty of Towels and Central AC that worked very well. Even had an indoor pool. The location is only a 10 min wall to the RR Station and the Center Of Town. Great location to all the center of the city has, Restaurants, Shopping, and History"
"La habitación era amplia y las camas cómodas, como puntos negativos nos encontramos una pastilla de medicamento en el suelo de la habitación y el sellado perimetral estaba bastante deteriorado.
La atención del personal a sido excelente, otro punto negativo es que para acceder a la zona de las habitaciones familiares hay que bajar unas escaleras y no hay ascensor lo que dificulta el bajar las maletas o el acceso a personas con movilidad reducida"
"The inside of the hotel is very nice despite the outside being in disrepair. Was disappointed that the spa amenities were $30 for an hour. We were able to walk to the small town and from there take a local train easily to bigger towns."

Wall paper is literally peeling off the walls in rooms and the glassed in atrium that appears to have been 4 different reflection pools needs to be cleaned and filled with plants or removed all together. It’s the first thing you see when you jump on the glassed in elevator. The spa was dirty and a real disappointment. We booked...
"The Hotel was ok, but the lead person in the cafeteria needs some couching. Nobody likes to be pulled out of the breakfast room 5 minutes after breakfast finish time as, “in 5 minutes I close the door”"
