"Arrived to a warm welcoming from hotel staff. The room was a good size/clean and had all amenities we are used to in North America. The hotel is very close to the train station which was perfect for us. All other areas were walkable, but if you couldn’t public transportation a step away. The full buffet breakfast was excellent with many choices and ample time to get to."
"The staff were amazing 👏, breakfast was fantastic, the hotel is very clean and my stay was wonderful. I am planning of coming back soon, will miss the balcony in the evening, it gives you a beautiful view ."
"My initial review was based on our checkin whereat we were advised a twin room was not available - as booked many weeks previous. Other than this obvious disappointment everything else was more than satisfactory"
"The hotel was in a great location and the staff very friendly. The room was huge, even for our family of 5. We found the beds very comfortable and overall enjoyed the hotel. The only downside was that the floors weren’t clean - our socks/feet got very dirty walking around the room, and also there was lots of dust under the beds. If they gave the floors a good steam mopping and vacuumed under the beds, I would’ve given them 5 stars. Despite this, would stay here again if we ever come back to...
"This stylish hotel is spotless, stylish, and is perfectly located, being only a 1 minute walk to the main square and under 5 minutes from the Schlossberg. Really enjoyed our evening drink at Bar Amouro located on the ground floor. Would definitely rebook if we're ever back in Graz!"
