"Better than expected, the room was clean and quiet, pool area lovely and amazing spa. Breakfast was ok and the staff was very helpful and super nice, all spoke very good english. The only downside were the carpets in the common areas, they looked a little worn out and the lift was a little dodgy. A part from that, we had a very good time and would come back."

"It was very clean and the staff were wonderful considering that in this massive hotel we 6 people in my group were the only occupants! Sort of felt like the hotel in The Shining! We were told we were the last guests before it is turned into a college campus. Not sure if this is true or not. There was not a king size bed anywhere in this “hotel” and my upgraded room had a view of the dead trees and plants in the courtyard. No pool and all gym equipment had been removed.
