"The location is great and it’s a nice hotel for a couple of days’ stay. However, be careful when checking out. They tried to charge me for expenses I never had, such as parking and drinks."
"The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and I appreciated the small kitchenette. Having a fridge, kettle, and coffee maker was a thoughtful and convenient touch.
My main disappointment was the limited opening hours of the spa and gym, which close at 20:00. For me, one of the greatest benefits of staying at a hotel with a spa is being able to return after a day of sightseeing, have dinner, and then relax in the spa before bed. It is a wonderful way to unwind and prepare for a restful...
"Sauberes Hotel, tolle Aussicht.
"Beautiful old and historic hotel right in old town square. Directions to the building need to be more concise and parking needs to be explained more carefully since there is none. Great breakfast!!!!!"
"Absolutely disappointing experience!
Rooms are very inconvenient, very hot nor air conditioning system in the rooms and the entire hotel. matrices and bellows are very bad and inconvenient, very old furniture. The hotel has only one elevator and which is always busy because all guests are using it. They don’t help the hotel’s guests with their luggages and ask them to carry their luggages themselves which is very rude. Very slow check in and check out process. Hotel prices are over estimated...
"I booked my room with a prepaid rate. Having already booked, I was told that there would be no one on reception to receive me so I would have to go to their sister hotel to receive my key. This turned out to be a 15 minute walk away, hugely irritating as I arrived after dark in a new town by taxi. I was then told that the spa/sauna facilities were not working at the apartments and so I would have to use the facilities at the hotel, just not convenient at all. Once in my room, I found the TV was...

"The hotel was rated 4 stars I booked a family room felt like a hostel. it was self checking no staff available for service after 6. Noisy street at night and morning the room had no view and the hotel does not have a direct access to the lake as mentioned and as shown in the picture.
Staying in a area like zel um see this hotel is not good for relaxing or enjoying the beautiful city, this is my third visit to Austria and this trip was 15 days long this hotel stay was the wrist of all.
The AC...
