"The location is great and it’s a nice hotel for a couple of days’ stay. However, be careful when checking out. They tried to charge me for expenses I never had, such as parking and drinks."
"The place has so much potential just let down by front desk. Just not a warm or pleasant interaction. Someone is there from 7:30am to 8pm, which was never a problem.
The lack of A/C was offset with a fan, but it was still warm, pretty unique to find a hotel in this area with A/C. So they are trying.
Breakfast was good, good spread of food and selection. Staff friendly and busy keeping everyone well looked after. Can’t fault.
Had a studio room. Room was clean, spacious. Good quality...
"Ein gutes Hotel gerade an den Skipisten und an den Gondeln. Für ein aktiv Urlaub perfekt. Das Hotel hat sehr gutes Essen und es ist sauber. Die Einrichtung ist schon älter aber gepflegt. Leider ist der Wellnessbereich sehr klein."
"Die Zimmer an sich waren Sauber und es hat gepasst. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück hat an sich auch gepasst. Die Auswahl war ausreichend. Der Pool war toll und hat den Kindern auch sehr gefallen. Auch die Sauna kann ich empfehlen. Es ist drinnen alles etwas urig eingerichtet, aber ist ja auch ein Schlosshotel. Alles in Allem ein tolles Hotel mit toller Lage und freundlichem Personal. Gerne kommen wir wieder."

"Great location in the center of Zell am See. Close walking distance to the lake, restaurants and pubs. Staff was helpful. We were provided with the local Summer Card, which provide free access to a beach area at the lake, and free access to many of the local cable cars and gondolas. Hotel is older, but clean in good working order."
"كانت تجربه رائعه وخدمات احترافيه مابين العشاء والافطار وتنوع جيد لكن خدمة تنظيف الغرف ليست بالمستوى المطلوب حيث ان تم تكرار العديد من الاشياء الغير احترافيه لم يتم تغيير المفارش بشكل يومي خلال مده اقامتي ولم يتم اعاده تعبه الصابون والكريم وما الى ذلك بالاضافه الى المناشف لم يتم تغييرها بشكل كامل "
