"The location was really nice. Walkable distance from grocery stores and the train station. The staff was helpful and nice in leading us to the room since it was separate from the hotel. The internet was not working so we couldn’t watch tv or use wifi on our devices. The bathroom door was also broken and we couldn’t shut it all the way. Other than that, it was a great stay and we’d probably do it again. Had a small kitchen counter deal with limited dishes but we didn’t use it."
"Excellent hospitality and service. Their restaurant is definitely the best in the area of lake Maggiore, Lugano and Como. Outstanding gourmet food coupled with exceptional service. "
"A heartfelt thank you to the Happy Rentals team for making our stay at Love of Lugano so special! They were incredibly helpful and professional from start to finish. The apartment is sparkling clean, modern, and perfectly located near the train station, great restaurants, and shopping. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
Thank you,
Jessica"
