"I didn’t get the adjoining rooms I was promised, and I didn’t even get to go into my second room until 7pm when check in was at 3pm. I booked this two months in advance and called to confirm one month in advance. Then they tried to charge me three times for two rooms. The room I was in was not in great condition, with the furniture being broken in spots on the drawers and cabinets. Will not be booking again."

"The room, a Tuscany Tower King Suite, was recently renovated and was very nice. The pool and hot tub area were great although it was a cool and slightly breezy day. The casino area was fantastic and the staff went out of their way to make sure that our needs were met. The reason for my “less than excellent “ rating was because of our experience at the Bimini Steakhouse. My wife and were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary at the place that we got married and decided to splurge a little...

"The entire hotel smells like heavy cigarette smoke… you can’t breathe! If you are a non smoker this place is not for you .. they walk around with cigarettes in their hands everywhere!!! Even to check in man in back of me smoking… disgusting!!! They say they have non smoking machines area , well it’s so small and over taken with smoke anyway!! Terrible !!"

"Rooms very clean. The drawback is the very very long distance if your have a room in the sky tower!!!! The walk from the main lobby, plus up and down steps & escalator with luggage was exhausting!! My room in the sky tower had a noisy A/C that made it hard to fall asleep. The great part was when I address it, they moved me to their main hotel rooms off the main lobby!!!"

"Loved our stay here! Every staff member we encountered was so helpful and friendly and welcoming. The property was quite big and we got lost a few times overall it was a great experience. I visited in April and I’m rebooking for July. All the food we had there in a different restaurants were excellent."

"I would stay here again. On site sauna and gym open til 10pm, gym is small but clean. They also have an on-site restaurant thats extra but breakfast was fresh and quality was excellent. One mile walk into downtown Truckee and 0.5 mile walk to nearest plaza that has a decent Thai and wine restaurant. Short 20 mins drive from Palisades if there's no traffic."
