"Clean rooms. Excellent location."

"I recently stayed at the Lotte Hotel New York for a girls trip, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. This hotel came highly recommended by a family member who frequently stays at both the Seattle and New York locations, so we went in with pretty high expectations. Right from the start, there were issues with the room. The shower wasn’t properly draining, which made it inconvenient to use, and to make matters worse, the shower head was malfunctioning and spraying water...

"Great location in FiDi. Easy to get to Brooklyn as well. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Continue to stay here when visiting NYC. No complaints!"

"Stayed at The Soho Grand many times and is still my favourite hotel in NYC. Super well located, decent sized rooms (for New York!) and the staff are always great. Bar is very lively at the weekend, so keep in mind if not your thing. Would highly recommend."

"Hidden fees"

"Hotel was nice overall, I waited a while to check in but the check in lady gave me a room with a very nice view. My room overall was clean but found a couple lashes on the bathroom floor and in the drawers. Also, I wasn’t a huge fan of all the fees that I had to pay on top of the room rate."
