"This hotel is located meters away from the main fatima relgious center. The building and infrastructure feels old. The swimming pool is tiny (compared to the images shown), only for kids and cold and dirty. To get towels we had to go to another floor and wait 30 minutes. Staff is not friendly and completely ignorant about almost everything (including where the bathrooms are), a first for us in Portugal. We got the suite with 2 rooms and there was a kitchenette, but absolutely nothing to make it...

"El hotel esta realmente muy bueno, impecable en cuanto a limpieza y servicio sin embargo para todo hay que reservar, si quieres usar la alberca tienes que solicitar horario, para ir a desayunar tambien tienes que avisar horario.. esto hace que no puedas usar nada de la instalacion si vas por poco tiempo porque claro que cuando llegas, ya los horarios estan tomados durante tu estancia."

"This was a very cozy and clean hotel with super friendly staff. The rooms are a little tight. It is near the water but no water view . It is within walking distance to the main water drive, but you would have to be willing to walk 6+ blocks."
