"Great location in central Arras. Our room was on the 2nd floor but we could only take the lift to the first floor and then had to walk up a flight of stairs. The room was very comfortable however we were surprised that we had to request for the room to be cleaned on a day to day basis, so if we didn’t ask the bin was not emptied and coffee and tea were not replenished. This is not the level of service that we would expect from a hotel claiming to be 4star. We had pre booked parking which was...
