Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Exe Ourense 4 estrellas fue bastante decepcionante. Nos alojamos el 8 de agosto y el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba.
La habitación estaba en la última planta, completamente acristalada, y con el calor que hacía en agosto se convirtió prácticamente en un horno. Avisamos del problema, pero no nos dieron ninguna solución real. Lo único que hicieron fue proporcionarnos dos ventiladores, algo totalmente insuficiente dadas las...
"The setting is fantastic, almost on a mountain top. The hotel is an old monastery with 3ft wide walls and wonderful views of nature. They have a full spa to relax. We took one of the many walking routes around the hotel. Highly recommend if you like hiking through tons of greenery. The temperature was warm during the day and cool at night. All personnel we interacted with was very helpful and amicable. I recommend contacting the hotel directly if you are not driving from Ourense, our navigator...
"We loved our big room with a wraparound balcony and a nice bathroom and shower. The view was beautiful and Allariz was a nice, small town with a lot to do. Breakfast was also well appointed and yummy and the staff was helpful."
"La habitación contratada con Hoteles.com era una Suite con Bañera. No existe la bañera y en recepción me dicen que no hay suites con bañera. No entiendo por qué lo publicitan. Por otra parte el wifi es horrible. No sirve para nada.Lo positivo es que el monasterio es precioso y el entorno también. En eso estamos encantados"
