Safety hazards, like steps with loose treads at the entry would be a major insurance risk elsewhere. Also no signage anywhere when you pull into the parking lot if you are at the right place after getting GPS to take you through a secondary rough road route. Signs and instructions are cheap. Superb facilities deserve good signage for their guests. Great room! Great view!"
"Beautiful property! Really enjoyed our 2 night stay. Food and service were excellent.
Excellent massage from Ana in the spa. Enjoyed walks around the estate, seeing the in-house bread-making too. Relaxed in the library each day, playing cards, drinking coffee or a glass of wine.
This place is a gem. Highly recommend.
(Unfortunately couldn’t get a wine tour organized here at short notice but walked the short distance to the neighbouring Shumi Winery for a lovely lunch, tour and tasting)"
"it’s a beautiful place. Atmosphere is very nice. Food is nice. The people were also very nice. There is a pool in a sound of which you can use. The view is beautiful. And the bed was comfortable and so were the bedsheets. I had a nice day and I recommend this place. I would definitely come back."

Super good wine selection but you really have to ask the manager for advice because staff have no idea of what’s on the wine list."
"فندق يقع على بحيرة كبيرة وطريق الوصول إليه متعب جدا من العاصمة تبليسي ولا يستاهل العناء الغرفة لا يوجد بها سوى سرير ولا يوجد بلكونة مخصوصة للغرفة ولا يوجد كرسي في الغرفة والفطور لم اذهب اليه ولم يوضح الحجز ان كانت الغرفة مطلة على البحيرة ام لا وهذا شيئ جوهري "
