"Great location! I was on the 4th floor with no lift but they helped carry everything! Cute tiny little terrace in our room and nice shared terrace on 2 floors! Staff was excellent!! Downfall; bad smell in my room like sauerkraut! Staff acknowledged it and made it better. I booked this room for the AC but the buttons were taped over and there was plastic placed over the vents so I couldn’t use it! I will ask for compensation for this!"

"Excellent stay, super clean apartment, breath taking view. Paula is super helpful - it is great meet with locals and get the useful tips for walking around. Highly recommended."

"I arrived at 1 p.m. and rang the reception doorbell, but the reception door was locked. A sign on the door instructed guests to call. After waiting for about 10 minutes, the owner arrived and explained that the property was closed for lunch from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. Check-in was quick once the owner arrived. The accommodation is a spacious apartment with a basic kitchen, living room, dining area, bedroom, and bathroom, with plenty of room for one person. The highlight was the gorgeous ocean view...

"Our host was a great communicator and offered us flexibility in check in time. He gave many recommendations for eating options. Unit is in quiet neighborhood above the centre of Cavtat. Walk from centre to apartment can be challenging for some. Views over looking centre were spectacular. Single bedroom apartment was roomy and perfect for our 5 day stay in the area. Free parking was a plus for us."

"Beautiful views over the Adriatic Sea from the balcony, particularly for sunsets. Apartment had a good sized fridge, large shower and a fair amount of kitchen basics. Natasha was very helpful and allowed us to check out an hour later. The pool area was lovely and quiet. The outdoor cooking and eating area was a plus, alongside the ice machine and fridge to store your drinks whilst around the pool. Also, with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. The apartment is a short walk downhill to Cavtat and...

"Amazing apartment in a perfect location. Kristina was the best host, very helpful recommending restaurants."

"We had an amazing stay and were extremely happy with the property. The location was absolutely perfect — less than a three-minute walk from the main area of Cavtat, where you’ll find the waterfront, boats, restaurants, bars and everything else you need. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was very welcome during the warm weather, and the view from the property was amazing. Check-in was extremely easy and...

"Very clean and lovely place to stay."

"Stayed there for two weeks with kids 9 and 11, and grandparents. Amazing place. Perfect surroundings on the Dalmatian countryside along wineyards and family restaurants. Cavtat and Dubrovnik is far away, consider rental car for the stay if you want to check out other places. Montenegro and Bosnia is only 30 mins to the border. The house was very clean and smelled nice. We had plenty of space for us six. The outside grillhouse was very nice for a break from the sun and to have dinners/bbq. Would...

"Nous avons passé un agréable sejour à la villa Molunat. Tres bien équipé, cadre relaxant, mise a dispo de Padels partagés pour sillonner ce coin de mer au sud de Dubrovnik "
