"Hotel was of a very good standard, nice rooms in a good location, super staff. Only thing that let it down and it was probably our mistake is not realising that the Beach Club can be heard in all the rooms during its opening hours. Which if you want an early night a bit of an issue."

Our room was spacious and spotless, and the views of the beach (from the outdoor restaurant area) were stunning - we really enjoyed relaxing and unwinding out there. "There were restaurants and lots of cheap massage places right outside the property within walking distance. There was also a 7 eleven and another little store for snacks within walking distance. They had a free shuttle to Lamai beach every few hours. The property was very nice. "Room was dark & not enough lighting. Pool and beach sun lounger mattresses were filthy! not good at all shouid be replaced Tea & coffee service at breakfast was slow Twice during week stay had to go to reception as room hadnt been cleaned by late afternoon! "
