"Nice hotel, close to the station"

"Belle chambre à la hauteur de nos attentes en ce qui concerne la grandeur et les commodités offertes. Hotel bien situé avec l’arrêt de tramway à la porte ! Tout était impeccable et propre. Seul bémol : notre chambre donnait sur le toit d’un immeuble adjacent. Dommage."

"What a treat it was to stay in this beautiful hotel! Our room was just beautiful and quite large with a floor to ceiling window looking into the lovely, peaceful courtyard garden. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was huge and the amenities were the best of all the places we stayed at on our trip to Japan! But nothing beats their breakfast spread each morning! My goodness! I loved the bellows of "Ohayō gozaimasu" from the staff when walking to our table each morning, too! The hotel is...

"The hotel is conveniently located near the Kanazawa Station and there is a 7-Eleven downstairs. The hotel was fine but the carpet in our room was badly stained. The restaurant downstairs (DaTake) was delicious for dinner."

"Good place to stay. Really close to the station."

"In general, this is a very nice hotel. It is crowded and popular (pros and cons). It didn't feel personal at all, but the rooms were nice. Hallways were a bit tired. I would stay again if I visit. Definitely acceptable enough for most travellers."

"金沢マラソン参加のため宿泊。スタート地点にも非常に近く、魅力的な飲食街からもすぐ近くで、立地は最高。スタッフの皆さんも丁寧で親切。一流ホテルでした。"

"Excellent place. Very nice rooms, nice breakfast, good bath and a helpful staff. You can store luggage. Very small gym but you can do mat exercise. Very recommendable"

"駅前の立地の利便性の良さ、朝食ビュッフェの充実さは素晴らしい。 ダイナミックプライシングで一泊四万円を越えるのは残念だけど。"

"Really the trip was spoiled from the first moment by poor management. I arrived around 2pm, was checked in and told my room was ready, but per hotel policy I would have to wait until 3pm to enter. From about 2:30 I noticed a group of women in kimonos lined up straight like soldiers and forced to stand there until close to 3pm, when it became their job to take me to my room. It was giving managerial power trip. Perhaps some guests would appreciate this pomp and circumstance, but I only felt...

"Great stay. Enjoyed the private Spa."

"良い場所"

"This ryokan was everything we were looking for: elegant, quiet, peaceful & traditionally Japanese. Food was excellent."
