"The ac for our Room didn’t work and it felt like a sauna No air flow whatsoever We checked out the first night couldn’t sleep"

"We literally can't wait to go back. The location is absolutely perfect, the pool is awesome and the staff really lovely. The only thing that detracts is the 4pm check in which they seem to stick to, very rigidly. (Though our visit was during the heatwave of June so understandable if the rooms were taking longer to get ready). The cottage we stayed in was gorgeous and the complimentary minibar a lovely touch."

"The positives were the airy room and lovely garden. The big negative was the buffet breakfast which they proudly claim to be award-winning. The reality is that for a 4 star hotel, the quality and range of options was extremely poor. Too many short cuts and cost cutting. The veggie options were limitd and not displayed on the tables and there were no extras (eg crushed avocado) even if you were willing to pay a bit extra. There was no fruit yogurt in individual pots and no higher quality healthy...

"Super hotel, part of a chain we've used before. Great room a deluxe double, plenty of space and they do service the room each day unlike this new disgusting habit other hotels have started to save costs. Good dinner, bit pricey but otherwise good and very good breakfast at a reasonable price. Staff great , Amy a star at b'fast ; Eloise (?) a star behind the bar. "The staff were very helpful. The hotel was nice and so its amenities like the pool, sauna, and steam room. They were very well maintained. The view of the town from our room was amazing, I just wished the door to the balcony could be opened. The room was very well equipped with everything that one will need during their stay and it was a plus that they have in-room breakfast service option if you don’t want to come down."
