"We enjoyed our stay but got lost a few times because we couldn't work out the lift system !
The room was lovely but the wet room really got very wet the water covered a lot of the floor!

Great location ( near pub, shops, fantastic cafe. ) The only downside was automatic check in didn’t go smoothly and very hard to contact anyone so took almost an hour of hanging around before we could access room. Such a shame because otherwise it was great! Hopefully this will be rectified and not happen in the future for other guests."
"If you're looking for a quiet seaside break in a hotel with a bit of history this is a lovely place to try. The large garden has a clifftop view of the sea and a it's only a short walk down to the beach. It's a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy an afternoon tea or cocktail with friends. If you head away from Cromer, the beaches are sandy and largely empty.
