"We traveled with a 4 year old. It is a great hotel with kids, lots of things to do, slides kids pool. The pool and the beach area are beautiful however the rooms and the buildings are run down. The outdoor toilets are awful! Food is great, staff could be nicer. What is kimd of ridiculous that we had to pay for ice cream next to the pool. Its an all inclusive hotel, its the least that ice cream is included!!!! Overall we had a nice stay the beach is beautiful sandy :)"

"excellent property with excellent staff. very family friendly. staff were at their best attitude all the time. beach is very good. really enjoyed the stay. ids love the pool. aquapark was not too big but sufficient to have fun. food was very good. A+ for the beach BBQ dinner. That was delicious ."

"Great value for money"

"Half the hotel was closed and the water was not turned on for the pool slides. The staff are friendly but mostly only speak Turkish or German. All the signs etc are in German. It wasn't made clear that this hotel is mostly catering for its German guests only. Room was not cleaned during or stay there. But it is a nice place and very comfortable. If you speak German that is :( "

"Everything was absolutely perfect. We loved it and will definitely come back.""

"Great value & excellent staff"

"Hotel has 7 swimming pools and access to the beach Rooms are total disappointment and we were not given our choice on arrival Family room means 3 single beds in all rooms, no connecting rooms Mobile network is quite poor whether you use Vodafone or Turkcell Wi-Fi is extra cost which was an insult We only slept one night and left first thing in the morning cutting our stay short by 5 days Variety of food but quality is compromised Drink is available and I only tried the Fizzy...

"an average hotel in Side, we stayed in four 5-stars hotels but this was not the best one, it's better to check other hotels."

"I expected a friendlier staff and I did not get that at all. Front desk were all male staff and didn’t speak much English, I was disappointed that I paid so much and the service wasn’t a reflection of the service……the staff need more customer service experience to make customers feel more welcoming. I’d give this hotel a 5/10 the best part of my stay was the sea view"

"Wirklich sehr sehr freundliches Personal!

"The overall experience is good. The only thing that was not professionel was the check-in situation where a staff member couldn’t give us a certain amount of change money in EU back. He just apologized that the hotel doesn’t have coins in EU currency. Instead of giving us the amount in Liras, he didn’t give us any option"

"Good staff and speaks English..Clean facilities, Good selection of foods..Very beautiful architecture and highly recommended."

"لا انصح للمسلمين والعرب السكن فيه لكثرة التعري وسوء تعامل موظفين المنتجع مما اضطرني الذهاب الى منتجع آخر والسبب الرئيس للانتقالي لمنتجع آخر هو العنصرية وعدم تقبل الحجاب الاسلامي من قبل ادارة الفندق. "
