"A very pleasant and comfortable stay overall. The hotel is well located and easy to reach, with a parking garage directly connected to the building and shopping facilities right outside the door.
Everything feels surprisingly spacious, probably because the hotel is located in an area that feels more like a commercial or industrial district than the centre of Locarno. The advantage is that there is plenty of space, and this is noticeable throughout the hotel.
My room was spacious, very clean...
"The room was clean, service friendly and helpful, the restaurant food was very good. Unfortunately, we were there during a heat wave, and the AC in the room was old and unable to cool the room down to a comfortable level. Also, the ceiling lights did not work at all."
"Everything was wonderful...except for the lack of an ironing board and iron in room.
As well, it's very strange to not have any blackout curtains...and be awakened by the sun it daylight each morning.
Otherwise, fantastic room and stay!"
