Overall, the experience was okay-ish, excluding the parking situation. The charges for parking are egregious. They changed from $25 per day (1 month before our stay) to $32 (2 days before our stay) to $35 all before we checked in. "Great property. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well laid out with amenities that we found useful. Elvis music everywhere of course but done in a fun way. We enjoyed our stay!"

"The hotel is fantastic and the view from the rooftop bar is amazing. The only complaint I have was that the valet service decided to change all the settings in our car. Both the seat settings were erased, the radio was changed and the temperature setting was adjusted. Not the end of the world. Just a bit annoying considering there was no need for them to play with any settings."
