"Resevered an apartment with them for a school event received confirmation and the day of check in they could not find a reservation at all despite me having already been charged...their solution was to book a different available unit as they had several available, however, when the booking site contacted them they were told nothing was available...this resulted in a lot of food waste as i had brought things with me to put in the fridge. I was forced into a hotel with no fridge instead so on top...

We made the decision to leave as we’d never felt so unsafe and knew we wouldn’t have slept at all here. It’s a shame the property is in such an unsafe area because the apartment was clean and quite nice. "
