"great"

"I loved it here! The hotel is conveniently located near the town, with a bus stop right in front of the lobby and an amazing lake view. Lovely mixed of traditional Japanese ryokan and western hotel. The room was huge, with tatami floors and view to the lake. The best part was to end up the day relaxing in the onsen, 3 pools with different temperatures and one in the outer space. While having breakfast you could look at the Fujisan and luckily we witnessed the first snow of the season. The...

"Everything was amazing, the room was clean, they provided you with the option to select the BBQ dinner which was delicious! They do have drink options at an extra cost. But would recommend to stop at a convenience store to get snacks and extra things to keep in the room. But overall the view amazing, the fire pit so peaceful. Such a nice little getaway! Would highly recommend! The staff honestly was top notch!"
