"Room was musty and poorly maintained. Hotel is clean but needs some tlc"

"Everything about this property, from staff, cleanliness, amenities, to food, were top notch! My only complaint (small) was the shower half-door. I am not used to this and it made for showering an ordeal and made the counter and floors wet."

"This room checked all the boxes for the basics. The room was a typical higher budget room. The towels were nicer than expected, breakfast was great, the staff were very helpful and the availability of parking (arranged in advance) for a very reasonable price was a bonus. "Such a lovely place. I would definitely go back!"

"Good everything"

Then we asked about the EV charging which is advertised and told to head to the end of the road which only had plugs. Our EV car doesn’t have the typical house plug but a standard type EV plug which ended up not being suitable. We picked that hotel due to its EV...
