"The breakfast was very good and very helpful staff. Was disappointed with how small our room was. And I had booked a balcony room and assumed it would overlook the sea to enjoy the evenings, but I did get a small balcony looking straight into the bank behind the hotel."

"For the price we paid (€700 per night) didn’t feel like we really got our moneys worth. First they put us in an apartment that wasn’t even connected to the hotel, was a 4 min walk down the street?! As in had to walk to and from for breakfast or pool access. Was clearly just an apartment they bought at some point and put overflow in. They were surprised when we requested a room in the actual hotel because “the view is so great in the apartment” as if that made up for them putting us in a f**king...

"This hotel was outstanding. Cool retro vibe with a private beach in one of Sicily's most amazing locations - Taormina! The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. The welcome fruit basket was a beautiful was to start our stay. The restaurant provided top of the line food and service. The breakfast buffet provided a little something for everyone in the family. And dining under the tree canopy while staring at the water was divine. We would love to come back and stay even longer."

"Let's start with the positives. The hotel has an unbeatable location/view, the grounds and gardens are beautiful, the swimming pool area is very relaxing, and the breakfast is delicious, with great-quality ingredients. Now the negatives: the actual hotel is falling apart, very old and even the refurbished parts are done in the cheapest way possible, making it look and feel off. I would have given this property three stars as I think it's a passable accommodation in the expensive Taormina, but...

"It was a perfect location, close to town across the street from the beach pool on site. Breakfast options but my air conditioner in my room did not work and it was very hot. I was extremely uncomfortable. when I notified the staff they sent someone immediately only to be told it’s working properly. Apparently the front desk controls your thermostat. They said they lower mine. very strange. But it was extremely hot and I did not feel any air blowing."
