"We stayed here for a few days at the beginning of a tour and a few days at the end of our tour. We love the historic area of the hotel. Walkable to all the attractions and 5 star breakfast. The staff if friendly and helpful. They have a shuttle service to and from the airport."
"Location is perfect for a view of the what everyone comes to Pisa to view. We visited the 5th floor dining balcony area and felt privileged to view the tower and cathedral by ourselves.
The room was cool and comfortable, bathroom clean and functional.

"I found the hotel was very handy with the 24 hour desk especially as flight was delayed and missed the last train to Lucca and had to get a taxi. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and airy. Would highly recommend"

"We visited the San Luca Palace in September. The rooms are magnificent. Clean and spacious. The hotel is very close to the town centre (about a 5 minute walk to the Duomo).
Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and the staff calm and attentive.
There is also a very good restaurant about 3 doors down from the hotel.

"The hotel is located very near the autostrade and outside the walled city. Access is easy and direct. Staff were multi lingual and friendly. English was not a problem. Parking is free. Breakfast is served as a buffet and you do need to notify if you intend to partake. It is 13euros. There is a good variety, but it is the same every day. There is an espresso/coffee machine. Nothing available to order.
