"Amazing hotel! The staff was friendly, the lobby, room, and lounges were beautiful and clean. The room was amazing, including the bathroom. The views and location were incredible as well. Everything was conveniently located extremely close to the hotel. Oviedo turned out to be my favorite city I visited on my trip, and that was very surprising to me, and much of that was thanks to this hotel. I would love to come back to Oviedo and would 100% stay here again when I do!"

It had the bare necessities no tissues, slippers or bathrobe.I will expect something better for a 4 star hotel.My biggest problem was the bed it was like sleeping on a table very uncomfortable"

Wall paper is literally peeling off the walls in rooms and the glassed in atrium that appears to have been 4 different reflection pools needs to be cleaned and filled with plants or removed all together.
