"The room was clean, the bed was comfy and it was reasonably quiet, and very conveniently sited, which was all we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. If you're after something more fancy this will not be for you, but if you just want a solid place to sleep then it's a good choice."

"Absolutely fantastic stay at the Three Horseshoe Inn! Our little one had an amazing time in the soft play area which made the experience even more special for us as a family. The food was outstanding, delicious and clearly made with care. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. "In a single room it didn’t feel I was treated the same as friends and family staying in double or family rooms. It was clean and adequate but not special. Breakfast buffet bacon and eggs first morning was not hot but there are freshly cooked alternatives. Evening menu was limited and not great although the hotel seemed half empty so I think the main restaurant was not open. Staff were generally very pleasant and helpful although one waitress spilled milk on my table said sorry but made no attempt to clear it up. Small things that leave an impression. Overall a nice historic hotel and very convenient location let down by small issues. "

"ONly stayed for 1 night. Went through hotels app but it did not transfer my contact details correctly with the result hotel staff could not contact me. Staff were fantastic and even though I arrived at 1030 and they had been working since 7am they were still smiling, warm and welcoming despite the long day. Room was warm clean and very comfortable. BReakfast was great. Will stay again"

The staff were very welcoming and helpful when I arrived, which was well before booking in time. "
