"Lovely hotel in the centre of Taunton - staff were really helpful and polite when we checked in. The room was clean, comfortable bed and clean bathroom with all the amenities - great water pressure in the shower! "The property was clean and tidy, but a little tired, and the central heating wasn't working in the room; however, there was a small electric radiator available, which made the room bearable after an hour or so. The staff were very welcoming and helpful when I arrived, which was well before booking in time. "
