"Nice hotel. Clean and nice location. Reception staff were wonderful but many of the staff in restaurant lounge and buffet were rude and short; almost annoyed you were bothering them. Stayed there before; probably will choose another location bcuz of the restaurant lounge evening staff. Breakfast and lunch buffet were very good but dinner buffet was not. Spa is fair. "Friendly staff, really nice place"

"After I paid the full hotel costs when I arrived at the hotel, they asked me for an additional 30,000 thousand, and when I left, I did not get the amount."

"Nice hotel, clean, amazing breakfast, and spa options. Beautiful grounds with separate open air hot pools as part of the island... The only annoyance was the staff that was too lazy to do anything. Calling room service was useless, might as well go and find it yourself."

"Everything went very smooth. From the checking till the checkout."

"Great location and views in the studio A bit Spartan - carpet and pictures would make it homely and warmer"

"Very convenient location for us, and the manager was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was comfortable."

"Breakfast buffet was awesome. Property location could not be better. Excellent staff. Large rooms."

"Hôtel très agréable, personnel aimable, bonne cuisine"

Entrée de la réception entravée par une table de la terrasse, impossible d’entrer dans l’hôtel sans déranger les personnes qui s’y trouvent. Pas d’ascenseur, vous montez et descendez vos...
