"My issue was my reversations. I made a reservation for two rooms Mo day to Monday. When I arrived my rooms were not available for two nights. I was moved to their sister hotel 25 minutes away. There was no communication of this prior to arriving. I came to the hotel at 9:15 pm and was dismissed to the other hotel with no explanation. They felt since the sister hotel was a 5 star that thos would accommodate my family and I. I feel there should of been better communication prior to my arrival."
