"This is a delightful historic hotel conveniently located near the Poprad-Tatry train station and within walking distance of several other establishments and sites. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is excellent and helpful for everything. We would return here again! Breakfast buffet was wonderful and the attached restaurant/cafe was also surprisingly good."
"The hotel is clean, the aqua park is amazing, staff are friendly. Food is average. The main problem is the air conditioning, which is centrally controlled, making the thermostat in the room a bit useless and always leaving the room a bit warm."
"Das Hotel ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Versprüht einen schönen 90er Jahre Charm. Das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant ist deutlich überteuert. Es gibt schönere und nettere Restaurants ganz in der Nähe. Der Wellnessbereich ist leidlich in Ordnung. Saunen riechen etwas muffig und einige Fliesen sind ab. Ein winziger Whirlpool sorgt dafür, dass man warten muss um da mal rein zu können. Für den stattlichen Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet. "

Colazione ricca anche se ruota poco il mangiare, la sala è grande ed anche se c’è molta gente si trova posto, manca sicuramente la macchina per tostare il pane (strano per una struttura così)

"Just don't. Your booking will say that room/unit will be guaranteed for late arrival, but they will re-sell your room if you don't call them before 7pm. They will not refund your money and they will offer you (if you are lucky) room of a size of broom closet. They have no idea how to honor and respect customers, they are greedy and dishonest. This is review of the management, not the property. Too many years ahead of them to learn about how to run business post communism. You are nothing to them...
