"The staff were the best thing about this stay. The room was ok, clean and everything I'd expect from a motel. However, my room faced onto a large public car part that served a pub, restaurant and the biggest bottle shop I've seen. It was used by young people to kick a ball around. I needed to sleep early, but was woken at 10:30, just after the doors were closed, by a youngster asking if I'd let him through my room to the back so he could retrieve his football. I refused. "It’s a beautiful spot, very peaceful, and has fantastic kitchen amenities. The rooms are cold at night in winter even with the heaters and sound travels right through the walls, so I recommend extra bedding and ear plugs. The bathrooms could do with more hooks/towel rails to provide somewhere to put clothes."
