"Definitely NOT a 4-star hotel. One word review - AVOID! I had a week's stay here. The rooms are the worst part here. The bed was not comfortable and the AC! The AC does not offer cooling as expected. Takes ages to cool and approx. 300 sq.ft. room. Which is laughable and frustrating. We even changed rooms but the same thing. The maintenance guy said the AC functions similarly across all rooms. Had to complaint everyday about it. They have separated the bath and toilet making both units too...

"Probably first and last stay at this property. The good- 1. Location 2. Complimentary upgrade to a premier room. The bads- 1. Housekeeping services were so bad. We had to call 3-4 times to get mineral water to the room. Multiple follow-ups b/w reception, housekeeping and IRD was so frustrating. 2. IRD was so bad. They cannot provide food at 3 PM and milk for baby at 12 midnight either. We had to order from outside when they had 24/7 restaurant in-house. 3. Check-in delay. We had to wait almost...

"Just not worth the price. Very noisy room and barely acceptable cleanliness. Very poor breakfast."

"Room just kept smelling, construction work right outside the window day and night so we had not slept during our stay. Told them and answer was it’s not our building! The welding and burning smell was coming into room but they did nothing. Toilet was not flushing after one person had been and kept running, limescale in shower all over and rusty. No customer service at all. Took photos and videos and still waiting as want a full refund! Don’t book! We moved to another hotel"

"とてもリーズナブルで 日本人でも泊まれました。 近くにスーパーやショッピングモールもあり 空港からタクシーでも近いです。"

"Everything was good. Just bathroom needs hand towels by default. Had to call someone for that."

"The entire experience was quite disappointing. The staff was largely unresponsive, and our check-in was delayed by almost an hour. Several amenities were still under construction, which was not communicated beforehand. We had booked the room for three guests, yet basic facilities and amenities were provided for only one person. To make matters worse, I found the manager's attitude to be rude and unhelpful when we raised our concerns. Given that this hotel is part of a well-known and reputed...

"This is a fantastic, hotel, old charm, immensely large rooms, historic wibe - and with a superb setting in the old town."
