"Grand hôtel, grandes chambres, bien équipées. Services restauration divers appréciés. Personnel agréable. Possibilité de parking sur place. Situé en centre-ville"
"Great location! Michelle at the fro t desk super sweet and helpful. The hotel is outdated but in my opinion it adds to its charm. Super close to everything, and it has a parking area. We appreciate that convenience.
DO NOT have breakfast at the hotel, there are great options just steps from it. There is a cafe right in front of the cathedral or another one just around the corner with an amazing tostas."
"Nos sentimos muy satisfechos con el trato recibido. Mara en la recepción, excelente, así como también Jesús. Siempre nos hicieron sentir muy bien y a nuestra disposición. También Martha en el desayuno"
"I can confidently recommend this hotel to any family member or friend. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. Everyone went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience, and their level of service truly stood out. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
"Vistas geniales, cama cómodas y zona tranquila
Parking próximo. Tiene bastante zona de restauración pero no para desayunar temprano así que no queda otra que desayunar en el hotel
Personal muy amable.
Creo que falta algo de renovación al hotel para ser de 4 estrellas"
"Expedia should rethink calling this a four star hotel. Our room was far from 4 stars! The bathroom had rust and mold and was not very clean, the bidet was broken, the soap dispenser didn't work and had shampoo in it rather than hand soap. It was advertised that there were laundry facility and there was not. It was also advertised that there was a bar, there was not. I realize that we were there during a peak time for the eclipse, however we paid WAY too much for this satu. I expected a whole lot...
