"The reception staff were helpful and the lady who cooked eggs/pancakes at breakfast was lovely. The food was just average -sometimes cold. Toaster didn’t work properly. We paid for a superior room but the room needed maintenance as did the bathroom which was dark, dingy and needed complete refurbishment- the shower over the bath with a wall halfway across made it very difficult for someone with reduced mobility. We knew before going that there were no balconies but didn’t realise what a big...
"Great place to stay right in the city. Very clean and modern. Great breakfast.
We had a room with a terrace so had a great view over the city and port.
Very quiet at night.
Ate in the restaurant one evening. Food was really good and the staff were working very hard as quite busy. Restaurant staff and reception were all very helpful.
Would definitely recommend."
"Staff were very helpful. Lots of bars and restaurants very close by which meant a lot of noise at night. Very loud music outside our room until 3am so only stayed 1 of the 3 nights we had planned.
Pool area looked quite tired. Breakfast was ok."
"Property was beautiful over looking the golf course magnificent pool lovely breakfast just a shame the spa facilities were shut down but overall a beautiful stay"
"check in on line. not informed of it until I arrived. Had to go to office to pay for parking. Instructions in Spanish. Reservation clear I am from Canada. "
"This hotel was perfect for what I needed. My daughter had two soccer games at the Pinatar Arena and this was in walking distance. There are a couple of restaurants nearby that I also enjoyed. "
"Booked an apartment and they didnt exsist. Miss sold by Hotels.com whom were a nightmare to deal. Managed to stay in the hotel for extra money but it changed hands during our stay so there was some issues. Golf course and rssort is lovely and quiet!
Hotel sold off the aprtments 2 years ago. We stayed in the hotel f"
"Room was cleaned regularly. Cleaning Staff friendly. Food was very good. Excellent range of choice.
Room in need of updating but I think some of the rooms have already been modernised. Could have done with a kettle in the room to allow us to make a coffee or tea outwith breakfast time.
Pool animation team were very nice and full of energy! Would possibly return but would like an updated room."
