"Bed was comfortable, room was nice and spacious, lovely shower, Bar was slow with just 1 bartender, chiller in room didnt work and coffee maker was poor. Nice pool, we didnt use food halls. "

"We had an amazing stay, the hotel is Very Clean, the room and bed were Great. Beale street is at your feet, so location is great too. The only complaint is nothing is complimentary not even a bottle water and the valet isn’t the best, Your car isn’t parked near so it takes awhile to get. Other than that we will stay every time in Memphis!!!"

"There were multiple issues with this property... From the moment we arrived, there were 5 police officers and animal control blocking the drop off zone due to "someone having a cat that they weren't supposed to, so they had it removed" though they also looked through the windows of a car in the lot... As for the property itself: 1. There are 3 elevators, but only 1 works and it takes at least 5 minutes for it to arrive when you push the button... When it did, the hand rails inside were busted...

"I paid two breakfast on my reservation, when I did the check in no one advised that I need something to claim my breakfast, I paid for my breakfast again in the restaurant because nobody knows what to do in that case, In short, I paid for my breakfast twice—once included in my reservation, and a second time at the restaurant."

"As always I was pleased with my stay at this facility except for one issue. In order to park my vehicle and pay for secured parking I was required to download a parking app. This was an inconvenience for me and in no way a benefit. There was a service charge for the use of this app. In no way did I experience a benefits from this service. This new process was not brought to my attention until I arrived at this facility. No other option was offered. A very disappointing experience that provided...
