Top Consett Hotel Reviews
Crowne Plaza Newcastle - Stephenson Quarter by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Was a bit dissapointed that parking was £10 per day as I would expect that if staying at the hotel parking would be included"
Lumley Castle Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Staying at the castle was a brilliant experience- we were certainly transported back in time staying in The Queen Anne suite."
Copthorne Hotel Newcastle
10/10 Excellent
"Always very friendly and helpful on reception"
Malmaison Newcastle
10/10 Excellent
"A lovely hotel in a great location with wonderful riverside views. The room was spacious and very comfortable with plenty of amenities (conditioner and body lotion in the bathroom would be good additions). The staff were friendly and helpful. A couple of improvements I would suggest: some additional savoury options on the continental breakfast, and a different layout at breakfast to reduce congestion. Overall a wonderful stay though; I would definitely recommend Malmaison in any city."
Leonardo Hotel Newcastle
10/10 Excellent
"We stayed for 3 days while grandson moved into uni and did great north run. Staff were very friendly and it was in a good location for transport links and walking into city centre and down to the quayside. Room was comfortable would happily stay again"
Maldron Hotel Newcastle
10/10 Excellent
"Staff were lovely. Very clean and tidy rooms and great location"

The County Hotel, Newcastle
10/10 Excellent
"Hotel is in a Great location, right opposite the train station and ideally placed for all the shops and bars. Staff were very helpful. Would recommend staying here."
Leonardo Hotel Newcastle Quayside
8/10 Good
"All staff very helpful and friendly. Overall clean and tidy. Room spacious but a couple of issues. Only one plug socket next to the bed and only three in total. The other two were not in convenient locations. No shaver socket which was a major surprise! The hotel does have very limited parking which I guess you have to book. The Baltic car park next door is very expensive and by the hour. Gateshead Quays multi-storey (very new and clean) is a minute walk uphill from the hotel."
