"Nice quiet and beautiful resort. Excellent customer service, staff were very polite, friendly and accommodating "

"Roaches, stained bed sheets, and various stains on walls and furniture... multiple tactics employed to save operational costs (and annoy customers)... it functions like a three or two star hotel, not four as advertised"

"Excellent service and a beautiful hotel. Good location, close to the Botanical Garden and a 5 minute walk to the mall. Great staff that fixed everything you asked for. Nice bar area with excellent food and drinks at a reasonable price. The only complain that I had was at the breakfast were the juice machine made some undrinkable juice. "

"Nice excellent please to stay whether business or pleasure, recommended "

"Good environment "

"The hotel staff were very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was good and the rooms quiet adequate. Proximity to the mall provides a range of eating options. "

"A great place for a rest in Bogor. Enjoyable poil. Comfortable rooms. And at walking distance of the Bogor Botanical Garden - a must!"

"Overall okay with couple of notes/improvement if possible 1. No elevator to 2nd floor, better put elevator or at least ramp for trolley to bring belonging to 2nd floor 2. Hot water not working in bathroom 3. Jacuzzi not hot at all 4. Parking space very limited 5. Restaurant area is very limited if hotel is fully booked 6. There is no smoking sign on the table in restaurant, but there is still people smoking and hotel staff didn't take action until I request help 7. Safety protocol in restaurant...

"The staffs are so friendly and helpful. There are a lot of activities that you can do with your children around property "

"Staff were all nice and friendly. There is a very little mini mart but close at 7pm. better to open until like midnight for the guests stay up late. Well that's why there is room service : ) "

"Great apartment. Im sure i got a upgrade. All in all great value."

"Local happenings around the area"

"Nice quiet break "

"The staff are always pleasant, but the check-in stills needs speeding up. The room had a beautiful view of the mountains, but when the race cars started the noise was excessive and showed that the rooms needed more sound-proofing."

"편안하게 쉬시기에 좋습니다. 친구들과 골프여행으로 왔는데 주변에 있는 좋은 골프장을 이용하기도 좋았습니다. 직원들이 책임감이 있으며 매우 친절합니다."
