"The room was dirty , dirty pillowcase left on the floor! No cleaning done prior to our arrival No matress topper on one of the beds No replacement of toilet paper No soap refill We put our used towels to be replaced on the floor of the bathroom.. we When we came back after our day out , the DIRTY towels were replaced back on the towel rails!!! This was not acceptable at all .. There was no ramp to get our suitcases up the steps into the hotel reception door way . We found this a struggle...

"Overall great checkin was slow and not very helpful but there was a new trainee in the team so i understood. Checked out and was asked to pay 30 pound i owed on room ,told the girl i had paid up before she said i had to pay but she didnt know what it was for."

"كانت سيئه بكل التفصيل لا تتوفر وسائل الراحه في هذا الفندق وتعامل كان سيئ من إدارة الفندق كل الاقامه تدفع غرامات لا انصح فيه ولا يستاهل المبلغ غالي جدا في فنادق افضل منه واقل في الاسعار It was bad in every detail, there are no means of comfort in this hotel, and it was treated badly by the hotel management. All the accommodations are paid fines. I do not recommend them. The amount is very expensive in hotels that are better and cheaper."
