"We upgraded to the Gokd Lounge after two days. The food and staff were amazing"

"Room didn’t have a blow dryer (but I asked for one and one was provided). Room also didn’t have an ice bucket. Room itself was clean. The rug by the bed had a rip that we kept tripping on, and the room itself was teeny tiny so no room for our large suitcase. It had to stay on the floor. Cleaning staff was polite and cleaned every day. Pool area was spotless. Restaurant was good food and friendly service. The best part was how close it was to Old Montreal and Downtown. We walked everywhere. Would...

"The hot tub was definitely hot...very enjoyable.The breakfast was beautiful... plenty of variety, fresh and nice presentation. Our room was fresh and clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive and personable. We had a wonderful stay... everything exceeded our expectations. We look forward to another stay some day."

"The terrace was not staffed at the time. Would have been nice on the sunny day we were there. The room was very bare bones. Super clean, but plain and industrial looking. Hard to find main entrance at first. The concierge was helpful in guiding us once we called. The hotel site did not provide any guidance on how to access the property. Overall clean bathroom, bed and hotel. But pricey."

"The hotel was beyond disgusting and unhelpful. We were in for F1 and paid a fortune to stay and from check-in air conditioning did not work. Checked with the front desk that they were going to address the issue and nothing was done the entire stay. Came back late afternoon one day to find there was no water in the hotel and no notices were sent out. Hotel was made aware and did nothing and didn't even offer an apology. Not one person cared to address one issue or apologize for what was going on....
