"The room we stayed in needed lots of touch ups. The bathroom water and sink had issues but they resolved it, but the bath mat was not clean and overall did not feel clean in this bathroom. Free all you can eat breakfast was good, lots of options and healthy choices including fresh fruit and salads. If it were cleaner I wouldn’t mind staying here again though it wouldn’t be my first choice. "

"Upon arrival, the owner of the hotel, Martin, helped carry our luggage into the hotel and he was very approachable and friendly. Our room was in a very good condition with little to no concerns. The breakfast buffet that comes with the stay was also delicious and filling. Overall, very satisfied with our stay."

The food at the restaurant was really good, a nice breakfast buffet, and a delicious dinner. The room was clean and it had a nice view. We enjoyed a massage at the spa, which was really great. I highly recommend this for your stay in Sapa. It’s located a little out of the town and up on the hillside in a nice quiet area but...
