"La qualité n'est pas digne d'un établissement 4 étoiles. La literie était inconfortable, certainement dû à son âge avancé. En effet notre fils a dû dormir assis sur leur canapé lit tellement les ressorts étaient saillants. Quant à nous le matelas avait la forme des usagers passés. Il y avait des traces de moisissure dans la salle de bain. La moquette dans les parties communes ainsi que les sièges du restaurant étaient eux aussi tâchés. Le restaurant n'est clairement pas à la hauteur d'un tel...

"The hotel overlooks the Archaeological site of Pompei and the entrance is less than a 3 min walk as are most tourist tour begin and end points. The breakfast was amazing and the restaurant in the hotel is delicious. Amazing help from the staff."
"The hotel was well kept, rooms are quite dated but okay, looks like they are being renovated. Our room got cleaned every other day and when we asked why it wasn't being clean the receptionist said that the cleaning lady said she cleaned it but beds were not made and no fresh towels or toilet paper for us to use. Was very strange how she thought we were lying about our room not being clean. The"

"Geen mogelijkheid meer om te ontbijten , geen bar aanwezig wat nochtans wel vermeld stond in de info , geen glazen of bekers aanwezig , noch in de badkamer noch bij de receptie . Zij weigerden pertinent om zelfs maar een plastic of kartonnen bekertje ter beschikking te stellen . Onze auto werd wel op de binnenplaats geparkeerd wat een zeer grote luxe was gezien het chaotisch verkeer ."
