"Location was perfect because everything you need will be in the mall right across the hotel.
Everybody was so helpful too. My daughter was not feeling well when we checked in so I needed help with the luggage. The front desk associated wheeled our luggage himself. It's those little things that matter.
Thank you."
"Other staff dont like their job i think
Not friendly staff . Washroom is teriblle

"الفندق جيد لكن لايوجد السرير غير مريح والإزعاج نتيجة أعمال تكسير داخل الفندق ناهيك عن عدم وجود عوازل للصوت ، طاقم التنظيف مزعجون للغاية من خلال أجهزتهم وفي تبادل الأحاديث بينهم ... "
"Surprised and impressed. Impeccably equiped room, clean, modern and comfortable. I’d certainly return, particularly if flying out of Clark airport again."
"The flush of the toilet does not work well we have to call the housekeeping to fix it and bidet is not working too, maybe ijust one room, but the room itself is big clean and nice view"
"We stay two days and one night and we really enjoyed our stays. The food was excellent .They have bunches of activities to choose for the whole family to enjoy. The hotel supervisor at night shift was very helpful and accommodating. She helped us about all our concerns after a bad experience in the morning with the rude receptionist at the front desk Outdoor pool in the rooftop is amazing while having dinner and late drinking afterwards. The band singing was very good."
"The hotel itself is ok but the buffet breakfast Was not very good at all.
The gym was closed due to all the rain apparently and that was the main reason I booked that hotel.
The staff were very nice and helpful.
The room was the best part for me."

"Have stayed here before but this time internet was down. It was declared upon check in but was not resolved for the duration of the trip.
Also was made to wait 15 mins or so during check out just to check the room. All paid beforehand."
"I didn’t realize this hotel is in the red light district on top of a bar. The rooms looked great and staff was very friendly but I didn’t stay as it was way too loud and near brothels and loud bars. This would be great if you’re into strip clubs and night life. Also there was roaches in the room."
