"We can’t speak highly enough about our three-night stay at UNA Palace Catania! We chose this hotel to celebrate our anniversary, and felt spoiled from the moment we arrived. The check-in was easy and the staff very welcoming, and the dining at the Etnea Rooftop restaurant was plentiful and delicious (both dinner and breakfasts). Our room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the balcony view of Etna. Centrally located, we found it easy to navigate our way to local sights and we appreciated the ZTL...

"The "total spa" experience is very underwhelming. Access to a sauna, steam room, is not a "total" experience. The foot treatment consisting of ruining a walk on progressively more painful rocks was so bad we had to laugh. But... rooms were good and the staff were very pleasant. My room was facing an open street terrace with the extreme late night noise and a farmers market for the very early setup noise. Couple this with garbage/recycing pickup and street cleanup at 4am, it impossible to sleep because the windows are not soundproof. During daytime the room is much quieter…"
