"We had the best time"

"We enjoyed our 4-day stay in Milan. The hotel is conveniently located in a pleasant neighborhood with many positives. Quiet location, access to subway, taxi transportation, walking options. Some wonderful restaurants nearby. The hotel staff could not have been more gracious and helpful, from check-in, assistance with reservations, and service - housekeeping and breakfast (delicious, especially the breakfast cakes). "Property was in a somewhat remote location that was surrounded by dirt filled fields and burned out buildings. To get to downtown Milan, you have to walk 10-12 min to a subway. Subways run well, however. Room large and airy, but you get nothing - no coffee/tea, no tissues. You have to pay for water. (Other hotels offered complimentary bottles). They did not even put out an extra roll of toilet paper. Staff was nice, breakfast was lovely but expensive. Parking lot a plus (15 euros/day) but...

"The property close to the airport was a great advantage.The following day a shuttle provided by the hotel picked us up and took us to the airport. Excellent service overall."

"The property is not near the main attractions. Local neighborhood. You need to walk 10 minutes to a train station and then go 7 stops to get to the Duomo. No breakfast included. Amenities were minimal. Affordable and basic."
