"Diego at the front desk helped us check in much earlier than normal check in time. The only issue was 2 out of the 3 elevators in the grand tower weren’t working, with how busy the 1 working elevator was, our only option was the service stairs. After speaking with Diego again he helped us get a room in a different tower. Our experience was much smoother and enjoyable after this, Diego was a great help and an excellent employee. "
