"If I could give this hotel and its staff 25 stars I would. This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. Every single staff person was courteous and helpful. The hotel was spotless. The breakfast and evening kickback were fantastic. I was able to convey my satisfaction to the manager one morning because he was out in the breakfast area asking guests if they needed anything. When we got into the unit the unit inside was clean but steal and dusty. You could tell it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The patio was dirty and debris all over. The outside chairs were dirty and all torn. Very disappointed because we wanted to sit out and enjoy the fireworks. In the 2nd bedroom there was something spilled all over...
