"Pros: - Good shower and room, including safe - Nice view, excellent location - Lots of TV channels, multiple languages - Friendly staff - Great breakfast Cons: - Horrid wifi. It worked well in the lobby and breakfast area (which is in the hotel next door) but in my room, it worked maybe 20% of the time. By the elevators you got one bar of service but in my room, zero. To send an email, I had to walk out to the elevators, about 20 metres. - Phone in the room was dead. Fits with the wifi also not...

"Great food. Great location Room ok. Rooftop pool and pool area’s nice."

"Lovely staff. Rooms were spacious and nice. This is not a luxury accommodation, but all the basics were covered. The A/C and water temperature were touchy. The breakfast was just ok. The property is very clean and well-maintained and we enjoyed the location!"

"Séjour très bien passé"

None of the lights in the room had the same bulbs so some were...

"Es war okay. Nicht mehr und nicht weniger. 4 Sterne Superior ist etwas anderes"

"Excelente trato del personal. Habitación super limpia. Ideal para familias con niños. Piscinas muy cuidadas y con socorristas. Piscina climatizada y jacuzzi perfectos. El buffet de buena calidad y muy variado. En fin repetiremos sin duda. Estancia muy recomendable. Gracias a todo el personal."

"The hotel is good and clean. The reception staff is polite and friendly. However, the dining room staff leaves much to be desired. Some of the ladies clearing the tables come up to you while you are still eating, carrying dirty plates from a previous table. They place these dirty dishes onto the table of people who are currently dining just to clear their finished plates, leaving someone else's dirty dishes right in front of them. This is extremely unpleasant and can even make you feel sick...
